On-site sessions are an excellent cost effective and time saving way to train all of your selected participants without the expense of designing and implementing an Aboriginal awareness program. Using our program which we can focus on your needs* we can be working for you and implementing a training program within days.  It makes sense to bring us in especially if you planning on training 12 or more people.

There are two ways for us to deliver training to your team.  The first way is what we call a blended learning option.  Blended learning means we first provide access to our online training to your participants and then follow up with a trainer who will travel to deliver on-site training at a location of your choosing.

The second way to deliver training is for one of our trainers to travel and deliver over 6 hours of on-site training to your team.  Each participant would receive a copy of the book Working Effectively with Aboriginal Peoples™ as well be able to ask questions and participate in group work  all in a safe environment.
