Are you a federal, provincial or local government employee with a need to work effectively with Aboriginal Peoples and are you looking for training to help? Can’t understand why things seem to go well in meetings but than fall apart for reasons you don’t understand?  Do you need more confidence when working with Aboriginal Peoples?  Are you looking for ways to communicate across cultures without offending?  Do you need practical approaches to help you develop good working relationships with Aboriginal Peoples and communities?

If you answered yes to any of these questions then Working Effectively with Aboriginal PeoplesTM is the course for you.  This is not like the other aboriginal awareness training or sensitivity training out there.  In this training we take the learning beyond aboriginal awareness or sensitivity a step further and provide participants with practical hints, tips, and suggestions to help them work effectively with Aboriginal Peoples in an often complex environment that does not normally allow for trial and error.
