Kacia is a Métis woman who was born and raised on the unceded territory of the Lkwungen (Lekwungen) peoples, and the Songhees, Esquimalt, and W̱SÁNEĆ First Nations. She studied Criminology at Simon Fraser University, as well as Bookkeeping at Camosun College. She has worked as an Indigenous Liaison Officer for the Correctional Service of Canada and has a passion for restorative justice.

Her years of working in bookstores have allowed her to attain a vast amount of information on various subjects and a great deal of experience in different levels of Customer service. She will be working with Indigenous Corporate Training as a Training Advisor to ensure all learners have the best experience possible, whether is it self-guided, virtual, or in-person training.
